In 2019, the Impact Department was created to measure, evaluate and strengthen the positive impact of our entities and management through an internally developed Positive Impact Scoring System.
The Group’s objective is to understand the positive impacts generated by our activities, to evaluate, consolidate and strengthen them. This Scoring system allows us to share the Group's accountability across the board with our 6,000 employees and our stakeholders.
