Benjamin leads AXIAN Energy with a focus on expanding access to reliable, affordable, and renewable energy across Africa. Drawing on extensive experience in the energy sector, he is driving the Group’s ambition to accelerate the continent’s energy transition through innovative and sustainable solutions.

With over 35 years’ expertise in the financial sector, Hassane MUHIEDDINE has held senior positions in international banking institutions, fulfilling a vital role in transforming operations, migrating banking systems and improving operational efficiency.

Pedro Novo is the Chief Executive Officer of AXIAN’s real estate business. He is responsible for accelerating the development of the Group’s real estate portfolio and strengthening AXIAN Group’s position as a major contributor to urban development and sustainable impact across Africa.

Patrick brings more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong track record of leading growth and transformation across international markets. As VP of External Affairs at AXIAN Telecom, he helps shape the Group’s strategic engagement and reinforces its position as a leading digital connectivity provider in Africa.

Jean-Denis brings more than 20 years of experience in communications, branding, and marketing across international markets. As Group Chief Communication Officer, he leads AXIAN Group’s global communications strategy, strengthening the Group’s reputation and amplifying its impact across Africa and beyond.

Anne-Claire brings more than 20 years of international legal experience, including over a decade advising businesses across Africa. As Group Chief General Counsel Officer, she oversees AXIAN Group’s legal strategy, supporting the Group’s growth through expertise in corporate transactions, project development, and governance.

Stéphane brings more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong track record of driving growth, transformation, and strategic expansion across international markets. As Chairman Advisor, he provides strategic guidance to support AXIAN Group’s long-term development and continued leadership in digital infrastructure across Africa.

Philippe brings more than 25 years of international experience in finance, operations, and business leadership across Africa and Asia. Michael brings extensive experience in human resources, leadership, and organizational development across multiple industries.
