A team of experts from TOGOCOM arrive in Madagascar for a telecoms-oriented, deep-learning immersion program to be delivered at the AXIAN Group’s headquarters.

TOGOCOM, A RECOGNISED EXPERT

A delegation of telecoms experts working for Togocom has arrived in Madagascar, where they will deliver a telecoms skill-sharing workshop at the headquarters of the AXIAN Group. Each of the seven delegates, all of whom were selected for their know-how and experience, will be embedded with subsidiary of the group that has need of their expertise: TELMA (mobile-network operator in Madagascar), NEXTA (coworking space and start-up incubator), CONNECTEO (national leaders in CRM consultancy) et PULSE (digital agency).

This visit highlights the diversity of talent and expertise TOGOCOM has at its disposal, most notably in client-relationship management (CRM), its technical proficiency, and reinforces the synergies and bridge between TOGOCOM’s staff and AXIAN’s in Madagascar. The program, at its conclusion, will strengthen the relationship that exist between TOGOCOM and AXIAN, but for now it is very much an ongoing experience for AXIAN and TOGOCOM; a moment shared both professionally and personally by both entities in the spirit of sharing.

A PARTNERSHIP TO BOLSTER DIGITAL INCLUSION

This professional exchange program is part of a wider initiative set up by the AXIAN Group’s Let’s Connect cluster to facilitate the sharing of skills and best practices, as well as the forming of cross-fertilizing synergies between all of its subsidiaries.

Since its market entry in Togo as the majority shareholder of TOGOCOM in 2019, AXIAN has invested intensely in the professional growth and wellbeing of its staff. Today, they are lending their support to economic growth and digitalisation in Togo to make it the sub-region’s primary digital hub, and helping with the implementation of the country’s National Development Plan (NDP).
